Returns
You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@olon.care with your order details and proof of the issue.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return

- We will provide you with instructions for sending the item back.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
